What happens to my benefits when I terminate my employment with Solution Specialists?  Upon termination, you will be offered the opportunity to continue your health insurance coverage for 18 months under COBRA.  You can take over the disability and life coverage on an individual basis.  Our dental insurance is the only benefit that must be terminated.

If the balance in your 401(k) funds is at least $3,500, you are allowed to keep your investments in our plan.  If your balance is less than $3,500, you must withdraw the funds.  If the funds are transferred to another 401(k) plan or IRA account they can remain tax deferred.
